art cartoon--the CBC

Here is a cartoon about the CBC. The letters, by the way, stand for Canadian Broadcasting Corporation. But lots of people call it Canadian Boring Corporation. Give the radio station a try and you'll see why.

The CBC has buildings strung out along Canada's major cities. Even Superman would have trouble leaping over these tall buildings. The CBC has state-of-the-art equipment--which means it has the latest, most expensive, and best equipment available. Money is no object when the taxpayers pay for it all.

In spite of all that, the CBC usually comes in last place in the radio ratings of people who listen to radio. In fact, the joke is that only three people are listening to the CBC at any one time. I suppose that means me and two other long suffering souls who are trying to find something interesting to listen to on the CBC.

All this gave me the idea for a CBC cartoon. The caption even explains it all, too.
